Mr Maurino support charity work to help developing countries to achieve the same level of health care that we enjoy in United Kingdom.

Recently he has been involved in charitable work with Lifeline Expresscharity-002

This  is a rainbow-coloured hospital eye-train that provides free cataract operations to patients in China. The development of Lifeline Express is supported by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Railways and Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office. It is funded by Lifeline Express Hong Kong Foundation,Lifeline Express China Foundation and the general public.

He travelled to China to teach modern cataract and corneal transplant surgery in Xian and visited the renowned eye train that allow the poorest people of china to have cataract surgery and thus preventing blindness.

We believe that there is little more rewarding than charity work that involves transfer of skills.
